Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Any returned items received by us outside of this time will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please keep a receipt/proof of posting so that you may track the item and check that is has been received by us within 14 days.
Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with all tags/labels attached and with original packaging. Please include a note of you name and address, reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund.
For hygiene reasons no refunds will be given for products that have perfume, make up, body odours or cigarette smoke on them.
Products should be unwashed, no stains or pet hair. If not in original purchased condition products will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by us, we will notify you of the approval (or rejection) of your refund which if approved will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
We may exchange items if they are defective or damaged and if you need to replace an item, please send an email upon receipt of the item to email@example.com providing details of the defect and your exchange requirements.
Return postage will be met by the customer.
